We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. As a small business, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds, except in cases where the product has a manufacturing defect.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
Please note that we are not responsible for damaged packages once they are with USPS. To protect your purchase, we offer shipping insurance at checkout, or you can choose a delivery service that includes insurance.

What if my package is lost?

If your package is uninsured and missing, please submit a Missing Mail Search request directly with USPS here.
What happens if my package is returned to you?
Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure your address is accurate, as we are not responsible for misdeliveries, lost, or undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses.
If a package is returned due to an address issue, or unclaimed at the post office, the buyer will be responsible for any extra shipping charges required to resend the item(s).
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee that the address can be updated once the order is processed.
What if my package is delayed?
While we strive for timely deliveries, we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, postal service issues, or other factors beyond our control.
We process orders within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Can I cancel my order?
Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Please ensure you are 100% certain before completing your purchase.
Do you offer international shipping?
Not at the moment. We currently only ship within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
How should I care for my National Park Explorer's Guide?
We recommend using a pencil or a Sharpie to write in your National Park Explorer's Guide, as these dry quickly and are less likely to smudge. If you prefer to use other pens, please allow extra drying time to prevent ink from smearing. The same applies to park stamps—give them a moment to dry to avoid smudging.
